At Alldigital Keys, your satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact our support team before requesting a refund.
Refund Eligibility
Timeframe: Refunds are available within 60 days of purchase. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Requirements:
- The product must be unused and unactivated
- You must sign a Non-Use Declaration confirming the product has not been installed or activated
- Proof of purchase is required
- Any activated or installed product is not eligible for refund
Non-Refundable Items
We cannot process refunds for:
- Activated or installed software products
- Products confirmed functional by our technical support team
- Refund requests made after the 60 day period
How to Request a Refund
- Email contact@alldigitalkeys.com with your order details and reason for refund
- If eligible, we’ll send you a Non-Use Declaration form to complete and sign
- Once we receive your signed declaration, we’ll process your refund within 48 hours
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear
Non-Delivery Issues
Didn’t receive your product?
- Check your spam or junk folder first
- Contact us within 7 days of purchase if you haven’t received your product
- After 7 days without a claim, the product is considered successfully delivered
Defective or Incorrect Products
If your product is defective or not as described:
- Contact our support team within 60 days with supporting evidence
- We’ll work to resolve the issue within 48 hours
- If unresolved, you may request a refund or exchange for a similar product
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase via your order confirmation email
- After 1 hour, contact contact@alldigitalkeys.com for assistance
