At Alldegital Keys, we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If you encounter any issues, please contact our support team before requesting a refund.
Refund Eligibility
Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
Because our products are digital software keys, refunds require you to sign a Non-Use Declaration confirming the product has not been activated or used.
Any product that has been installed or activated is not eligible for a refund.
Proof of purchase is required to process any refund.
Non-Refundable Items
- Activated software products
- Products reported as not working but found functional by our technical support
- Refund requests made after the 30-day period
Refund Process
To request a refund, please email support@alldegitalkeys.com with your order details and reason.
If eligible, we will send you a Non-Use Declaration form to complete and sign.
After receiving the signed declaration, we will process your refund within 48 hours.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
Non-Delivery Claims
If you do not receive your product within the expected timeframe, please check your spam or junk folder.
Contact us within 7 days of purchase if you have not received your product. If no claim is made within 7 days, the product will be considered received and downloaded successfully.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If the product is defective or not as described, contact our support team within 30 days with supporting evidence.
If we cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours, you may request a refund or exchange for a similar product.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase directly through the order confirmation email.
